Gustavo Alfonso
MANAGING PARTNER
Gustavo is Managing Partner of GEA Capital and previously served as Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor at Fuertes Alfonso Group and RBC Wealth Management, where he provided comprehensive financial consulting and wealth management to business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and retirees.
Gustavo has extensive experience advising High Net Worth domestic and international clients and has also served as Financial Advisor at UBS International, Wachovia Securities, Prudential Securities, Dean Witter Reynolds and Merrill Lynch.
Gustavo is a graduate of the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio and holds a B.S. in marketing.
Franklin Christophers
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Franklin is a Managing Director with GEA Capital and previously served as Managing Partner at Brentworth Capital and Vice President/Financial Advisor at Fuertes Alfonso Group, where he provided comprehensive financial consulting and wealth management to business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and retirees.
Franklin has extensive experience advising High Net Worth domestic and international clients and has also served as Vice President and Private Banker at Citibank, J.P. Morgan Trust, Chase Manhattan Bank and Bank of America. In addition, Franklin has held various posts in investment advisory and investment management at American Express Bank International, Deutsch-Suedamerikanische Bank AG and Citibank.
Franklin is a graduate of Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York, and holds a B.A. in Economics with minors in Mathematics and Spanish.
Ricardo Morean
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ricardo is a Managing Director with GEA Capital and previously served as Senior Vice President and Senior Private Banker at Banco Santander International, where he provided comprehensive financial consulting and wealth management to High Net Worth clients from Latin America.
For the last 25 years, Ricardo has been advising high Net Worth families globally and has also led teams of advisors at Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Advisor and, most recently, at RBC Wealth Management as Senior Managing Director for its International Wealth Management division.
Ricardo holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio State University.
Sugeidy Mederos

Sugeidy is an Investment Associate with GEA Capital and previously served as Investment Associate at Fuertes Alfonso Group and RBC Wealth Management and as Client Service Associate at Merrill Lynch.
